Physiotherapy

Chartered physiotherapy at Health at Hart

Deborah Bateson, Chartered Physiotherapist with 30+ years’ experience — how assessment, hands-on care and rehabilitation work on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Hartley Wintney.

Physiotherapy in a bright clinic

Physiotherapy is a plan, not a gadget

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist. That title means a specific UK training and professional home. In clinic I combine hands-on treatment with a programme you can actually do. Machines — shockwave, laser — are tools, not the profession.

First assessment

Allow up to an hour. I will look at how you move, what you need to get back to (work, sport, stairs), and what is realistic this month. Follow-ups are 30–45 minutes. I work Tuesdays and Thursdays. Call 07802 743987.

Who I see

Acute sports injuries from day one, longer musculoskeletal problems, and people who need strength and balance as much as pain relief. If osteopathy is the better first door, I will say so.

This article is general information for people considering care at Health at Hart in Hartley Wintney. It is not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a promise of outcome. If you have sudden, severe or unexplained symptoms — including chest pain, unexplained weight loss, night pain, bowel or bladder changes, or a new neurological problem — seek urgent medical advice (NHS 111 or 999). UK osteopaths are regulated by the General Osteopathic Council. Counsellors named here are BACP-registered where stated. Always check with your GP or insurer if you are unsure whether a treatment is appropriate for you.
