Saying yes until you disappear. Replaying a sentence for days. Choosing partners, jobs or friendships that confirm the worst story about you.
We slow the critic down enough to hear where it was learned. Integrative work can include how you think and how you feel in the body. It is not a weekend of affirmations. A free 30-minute call comes first so you can decide if my way of talking fits.
If the critic is accompanied by not eating, not sleeping, or not wanting to be here, involve your GP. Therapy is one strand.
