Health at Hart — body, mind, soul

A confidential space

Integrative counselling

Talk with a trained therapist who is separate from the rest of your life — in confidence, and without judgement.

We all need help at times to navigate life’s difficulties. Working with a therapist can be a chance to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe, fully supported way.

Integrative counsellors believe no single approach suits every person in every situation. Therapy is tailored to you. Practitioners draw from a range of approaches to help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, explore how the past may be shaping the present, and access your own resources.

Counselling can help with anxiety, depression, stress, loss, relationship difficulties, low confidence and self-esteem, identity, anger, trauma and self-harm.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Katie and Jamie work with adults; Gia specialises in children, young people and neurodiversity, and also works with parents.

Contact the counsellor you would like to see directly — each offers an introductory call.

Sessions are 50 minutes. Katie £60. Gia £65. Please contact Jamie directly about fees.
