It has stages
Frozen shoulder typically moves through a painful phase, a stiff phase, and a thawing phase, often over many months. Diabetes and thyroid disease make it more common. A GP should be in the picture if it has not been diagnosed.
What I offer
I can help with pain-modulation, keep the neck and upper back moving, and support you to use the arm within a sensible range. Aggressive stretching in the wrong phase can flare symptoms. I would rather go slowly.
Other options
Some people are offered steroid injection or physiotherapy-led programmes through the NHS or privately. Osteopathy is one strand, not a competition with those options.
