Sock struggle, groin pain, a limp you pretend is the cobbles. Activity usually helps more than people fear, if we dose it.
Gluteal strength, walking programme, stick on the correct side if needed. Manual therapy for comfort. Not a substitute for a replacement you genuinely need.
A hip that is unstable or systemically unwell — medical.
