Painless clicks are usually uninteresting. Painful locking, swelling, or a click that started after a twist is interesting. Habitual self-cracking that is compulsive can irritate tissues.
I explain cavitation versus tendon snap. I will not crack every visit as a subscription. If a technique helps you, we use it with consent.
