Symptoms and what they can mean
You may bruise more easily. That is expected. A sudden severe headache on anticoagulants after a fall is not a “stiff neck”.
What we can do in clinic
Tell me the drug and the dose. Techniques stay gentler. I avoid anything that is unwise with a bleeding risk. Cranial work is often a better fit than vigorous work.
Red flags and when to see your GP
INR issues, unexplained bleeding, or a head injury on anticoagulants — medical, same day.
