Pain on pouring a kettle that has lasted beyond a sensible rest. The tendon is irritable and under-loaded in the useful way.
Grip and wrist strength, mouse set-up, then shockwave if we agree. Steve may look at the neck if the picture is mixed.
A sudden tear or neurological hand symptoms — medical.
