Pain easing is not the same as being ready for a five-a-side. Tendons and muscles need graded load. That is physiotherapy’s core skill.
Good. Complicated Instagram workouts are how people re-injure. I would rather you did two exercises well.
Say so. We pick the smallest dose that still works. Walking counts. So does sitting-to-standing from a dining chair, done properly.
