A child who was curious last week and frightened this week. We follow the child, not the diary.
Twenty-minute follow-ups exist for a reason. Tools stay largely needle-free. If they say no, we stop. I would rather lose a session than a trust.
A feverish child or a child who is not themselves — GP, not a wellness appointment.
