Circular marks that look dramatic on camera. They are usually bruises. They fade. They are not a map of “toxins leaving”.

What we can do in clinic

I will warn you before a wedding, a holiday, or a photoshoot. If a mark is painful, hot, or blistered, contact me — that is not the goal.

Red flags and when to see your GP

If you bruise everywhere without cups, that is a medical clotting question, not a technique issue.
