The wait, the hormones, the sense of doing something. Stress and sleep are real. Acupuncture is not a substitute for fertility investigation.

Evidence is mixed. I will support you without promising a positive test. Timing around transfers is a conversation with your clinic, not a secret protocol I invent.
Red flags and when to see your GP
Get the medical work-up. If you are bleeding heavily or in severe pain, that is gynaecology, not a needle.
