Sleep that lengthens, a flatter January, cravings. If you cannot function, that is depression language and a GP.

What we can do in clinic

Treatment may help some people feel less “stuck” in the body. Jamie, Katie or Gia should see you if the mind needs a room. I will say so.

Red flags and when to see your GP

Suicidal thoughts — crisis services. I will not hold that alone in an acupuncture hour.
